The quickest way: in the app, open Settings → Contact Support. The email it opens already includes your app version (and, in the latest version, your account ID), so we can find your account straight away.

Credits

  • Every creation costs credits. The cost is shown on the template before you start.
  • Subscriptions bring credits each period: weekly plans every week, monthly and annual plans every 30 days. Unused subscription credits don't carry over.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits don't expire.
  • If a creation fails, its credits are returned automatically, usually within a minute.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • To cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Temia → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Deleting the app or your Temia account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Settings as above.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the subscription screen in Temia and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Credit packs are one-time purchases and can't be restored this way. If credits you paid for are missing, email us with your account ID.

Results

  • Best photos: one person, face clearly visible and well lit, looking at the camera, no sunglasses. Duets need one clear photo per person.
  • Taking long? Videos usually take a few minutes. You can leave the waiting screen; we'll notify you when it's ready, and it appears in Creations.
  • Not what you expected? On the result, tap ⋯ → Report. It helps us improve the templates.

Your account and data

  • Temia creates an anonymous account on your device. No email or password needed.
  • Delete a creation: open it, tap ⋯ → Delete.
  • Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account, creations and uploaded photos from our servers.
